Innerchoices, and Innerstart Training & Education, are divisions of William Weselowski and Associates Ltd. These entities specialize in delivering prompt (real fast) assistance to people and loved ones who have employment barriers, and are impacted by substance abuse, substance mis-use, anger, and/or non-productive communication.

The vision was, and still is, that Innerstart Training & Education, InnerChoices, and W Weselowski & Associates LTD, has created a safe and nurturing community that men and women, suffering from addiction, and unemployment, can go to learn a new way of life free from alcohol and drugs, and the multiple barriers to employment.

William Weselowski and Associates Ltd. is the founder and operator of a comprehensive, sobriety driven continuum that has helped thousands of people get, and stay sober, as well as employed and or re-trained, while being reconnected to their communities.

Innerchoices Career Centre Services

CASE MANAGEMENT
Case management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's employment needs through communication and available resources. We also help facilitate acquiring training, and/or retraining as needed. Together we will look at career decision making and planning, skill enhancement, job club, job search and job maintenance. Our intention is to help you, develop a plan that will enable you to find, sustainable, long term employment.

Job Finding Club
In a group environment, with our experienced staff, you will receive valuable guidance and support while exploring your job search. You are eligible to attend if you are unemployed or under employed(less than 20 hours a week), legally entitled to work in Canada, and able to commit to a full-time 2-week program. During our 2-week job finding club, clients will Explore Conflict Resolution Skills, Create Resumes & Cover Letters, Develop Job Search Strategies, Discover Methods of Interview Techniques, How to Actively Job Search/Job Network.

Other services available

SAFE (Substance Abuse Family Education) Program:
A 6-week family oriented program designed to provide a forum where substance affected families can receive information and support, so they can address the factors surrounding problematic substance abuse within the family unit. Results have shown that participation in the SAFE Program can greatly increase the likelihood that all concerned will live positive, productive and healthier lifestyles.

Billy has completed an insightful, in depth, and very easy to read thesis, while at Royal Roads University. The reason Billy wrote and reasearched Families and Addictions is because he wanted to provide some extremely useful and concrete information, with thoughtful, organized answers to this devasting problem that invades so many families. Intervention Services:
An intervention is a discreet and professionally planned process designed to illustrate the reality of addiction to the problematic user. It includes the provision of a solutions designed to empower the problematic user to accept an immediate way out. Private Counseling:
InnerStart's highly skilled and trained counsellors educate, empower and provide options and solutions to help move clients from crisis to effective problem solving. Click here

Front Line Training Program:
Innerstart Training & Education, in association with Innervisions Recovery Society, offers an 11-week, full time Residential Front Line Worker Program, designed candidates interested in working in the Social Science and Health related facilities. Click here
