CASE MANAGEMENT
Case management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's employment needs through communication and available resources. We also help facilitate acquiring training, and/or retraining as needed. Together we will look at career decision making and planning, skill enhancement, job, club, job search and job maintenance. Our intention is to help you, develop a plan that will enable you to find, sustainable, long term employment.

Job Finding Club In a group environment, with our experienced staff, you will receive valuable guidance and support while exploring your job search. You are eligible to attend if you are unemployed, legally entitled to work in Canada, and able to commit to a full-time 5-week program. During our 5-week job finding club, clients will Explore Conflict Resolution Skills, Create Resumes & Cover Letters, Develop Job Search Strategies, Discover Methods of Interview Techniques, How to Actively Job Search/Job Network. Get the Guidance You Need at our Employment Centre Career Consultants will: Assess your employment Identify barriers to employment Support your plan of action Create an action plan Refer to service providers Explore training options Provide one-on-one counselling Resources you will have access to: Computers Internet Fax & Photocopier Telephone Job Posting Board and Application Labour market information "The above services are funded in whole or in part through the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement". Other services available SAFE (Substance Abuse Family Education) Program: A 6-week family oriented program designed to provide a forum where substance affected families can receive information and support, so they can address the factors surrounding problematic substance abuse within the family unit. Results have shown that participation in the SAFE Program can greatly increase the likelihood that all concerned will live positive, productive and healthier lifestyles. Billy has completed an insightful, in depth, and very easy to read thesis, while at Royal Roads University. The reason Billy wrote and reasearched Families and Addictions is because he wanted to provide some extremely useful and concrete information, with thoughtful, organized answers to this devasting problem that invades so many families.
